 Please note that we require a full mouth series of x-rays for a new patient exam.

If you are transferring x-rays from your previous dental office, please email them to meetinghousedental@comcast.net.  To retain diagnostic quality, the full mouth series must be sent in its original format, with each of the 18 x-rays sent as an individual jpeg photo file (one large image of all 18x-rays is not the same).  Include the date they were taken.
